Food Resources aims to collect useful sources of information, data and analysis relating to food and farming online, in print and on broadcast media.
The project has grown out of Nick Saltmarsh’s personal interest in the production, culture and history of food and his work on The Tracing Paper website and as a consultant to East Anglia Food Link and other organisations working on sustainable food systems.
The collected resources are of interest and utility to me. I only hope they might prove so to others.
